In short
- T-30 is a practice scoring tool, free in this version, for people 18 or older or with a parent’s permission.
- Add only your own photo, and only people you have permission to add.
- Scores are what scorers enter. They are not official records.
- You can delete your account whenever you like.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and WCASPORTS LLP (415, GCN Green Springs, Spring Dale Layout, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066) about your use of the T-30 app and this website. By ticking the box when you sign in, or by using T-30, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use T-30.
2. Who can use T-30
You must be 18 or older, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who is then responsible for your use of T-30.
3. Your account
- Give accurate details, and keep your password and the codes we send you by email or SMS to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Add only a mobile number that is yours. If another account has your number, tell us in the app and we will look into it. We may move a number to the person it belongs to.
- A guest account has no email or number and no way back in, unless you keep it (More, then Keep my account) by adding an email and a password, or a mobile number. If you sign out of a guest account, or lose the phone, we cannot recover what you scored under it. A guest account that is not used for 30 days is deleted, with the sessions only it took part in.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings. How to delete your account.
4. What T-30 is
T-30 is a tool for recording and reviewing cricket practice. It records what scorers enter, and does not check that it is right. Scores and stats from T-30 are for practice and are not official match records. T-30 is software only: it does not supervise, coach or insure anyone, and you practise at your own risk.
5. What you put in
Names, photos, mobile numbers and scores that you enter stay yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to other people in the app as described in the Privacy Policy, so that T-30 can work.
- Add only your own photo.
- If you add another person to a team or session, you must have their permission to share their name and their email or mobile number with T-30, and the details must be correct.
- Score honestly. Do not enter false scores to mislead others.
6. What you must not do
- Pretend to be someone else, or harass, threaten or abuse anyone.
- Add a photo, name or other content that is unlawful, hateful or indecent, or that you have no right to use.
- Collect other people’s details from the app, for example by searching in bulk, or contact people through it for marketing.
- Try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with the security or working of T-30.
- Copy, reverse engineer or resell the app, or use bots or scripts to use it.
If you break these rules we may remove content, deactivate your account, or both. We may also refuse a name that contains offensive words.
Reporting and blocking. If someone breaks these rules, open the player in the app, tap the three dots and choose Report. We look at every report and act on it. You can also block a player: you stop following each other, come off each other’s teams and stop seeing each other in search. Or write to us at t30cricketapp@gmail.com.
7. Sharing and following
Anyone signed in to T-30 can follow any player, and nobody has to approve it. A watch code lets anyone who has it watch one live session for 48 hours. After a session ends, its scorer can also share a link to the final scorecard, which works until the scorer stops it. Share a code or a link only with people you want to watch, and tell the players in the session before you do.
8. Plans and payments
This version of T-30 is free and has no payments. If we show membership plans, they cannot be bought in the app, and any plan on your account was given to you by us. If we later sell anything in the app, it will be through Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms, and we will update these terms first.
9. Our rights
The T-30 name, logo, app and software belong to WCASPORTS LLP. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the app for your own cricket practice, for as long as you follow these terms.
10. The service
We work to keep T-30 running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change, pause or stop features, and we will try to give notice of big changes. Scores you save with no signal stay on your phone until they upload, so keep the app installed until they do.
11. Liability
T-30 is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of scores or data, or for anything that happens during practice. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for T-30 in the previous 12 months, if any. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under law that cannot be limited, including your rights as a consumer.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any rights you have under law to go elsewhere.
13. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we change the version number and the date at the top, and the app asks you to agree again if the change matters. The current version is 1.0.
