Delete your T-30 account

App: T-30 by WCASPORTS LLP.

In the app

This is the quickest way. Your account and details are deleted the moment you confirm.

  1. Open T-30 and go to Settings (the gear at the top right of Home).
  2. Under Account, tap Delete my account.
  3. Read what is deleted and what stays, tick I understand this cannot be undone, then tap Delete my account.

Guest accounts are deleted the same way. If scores from your phone are still waiting to upload, the app asks you to let them upload first, because deleting would lose them.

If you cannot sign in

If you uninstalled the app, changed phone or cannot sign in, write to t30cricketapp@gmail.com with the subject Delete my T-30 account. Send it from the email address you sign in with, or give us the mobile number you sign in with. We may ask you a question to check it is you before we delete anything.

If a scorer added you as a player and you never signed in, write to us with your name and the email or mobile number the scorer used, and we will delete that record.

We delete the account within 30 days of checking your request, and usually within a few days. We reply to tell you it is done.

Email a deletion request

What is deleted

  • Your login, name, mobile number, email and photo, including the photo file.
  • The teams you made.
  • Who you follow and who follows you, and your bell notices.
  • Your scoring settings, and the record of the Terms you agreed to.
  • Sessions that only you took part in, and sessions you planned but never started.
  • Your name, number and the name of who scored a session, in the administrator’s activity log.

What stays

  • Sessions you scored together with other players stay for those players, so nobody loses a scorecard or their numbers. They no longer say who scored them.
  • You appear in those sessions only as “Deleted player”, with no name, mobile number, email or photo.
  • Our database provider keeps backups for a short time. Deleted data can remain in a backup until it expires, normally within 30 days, and is not used for anything else.

The Privacy Policy has the full details.

When it cannot be done

  • A session you are scoring is live. End it first, then delete your account.
  • Scores are waiting to upload. Connect to the internet and let them upload first.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

You do not have to delete your account to remove some of your data.

  1. In the app: delete your bell notices (the bell on Home), and unfollow players you follow.
  2. Anything else (for example your photo, your mobile number or email, a team you made, or a session): write to t30cricketapp@gmail.com with the subject Delete some of my T-30 data. Say what you want deleted, and send it from the email you sign in with, or give the mobile number you sign in with.

We delete what you ask for within 30 days of checking your request, and reply when it is done. What we delete is removed from our live systems at once; backups expire within about 30 days. Sessions you played with other players stay for them, as described above, but we can remove your name, number and photo from them.
